Stuart Olson has been one of the premier building contractors in Western Canada since 1939, providing design-build, construction management and general contracting services to clients in the commercial, light-industrial and institutional sectors. Stuart Olson generated $484 million of revenue in 2009, representing 80% of Churchill`s consolidated revenue. Less than 20% of Stuart Olson`s revenue has been generated from fixed price bids, with 90% of their project work subcontracted to subcontractors and suppliers. This high degree of subcontracting reduces the capital required to operate and, ultimately, to grow the business.
Dominion Construction offers diversified general contracting, construction management and design-build services to private clients and public agencies across Western Canada. A leading construction company since 1911, Dominion has established a strong reputation within its markets for executing large, complex projects on time and within budget while adhering to strict quality control measures.
