  • Seasoned business executive with an extensive background in accounting, financial controls, management information systems and corporate finance
Don Pearson

  • Joined Stuart Olson in 1985
  • Appointed President in February 2009
  • Appointed VP Northern Alberta in 2004 and Executive Vice President in 2008
  • Over 30 years experience in the construction industry including structural engineering, project management, estimating, operations management and project development
Ron Martineau

  • 30 years experience in the industrial insulation and related services industry
  • Progressed through positions in project execution, estimating and general management. Appointed Vice President of Northern Industrial at its inception in 1984 and President in 1998
  • In 2001, appointed President of Insulation Holdings Inc., the parent company of Fuller Austin and Northern Industrial

  • Mr. Apedoe joined Churchill in 2006
  • Previously served as Director, Business Development for Wi-LAN Inc.
  • Gained 15 years of progressively senior experience in the areas of accounting, business valuation, corporate finance, investor relations, business development and corporate secretarial responsibilities
Joette Decore

  • Ms. Decore joined Churchill in 2008
  • Formerly a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers for eight years, assisting clients in corporate restructurings and performance management, particularly with clients in the construction industry
Al Miller

  • Al Miller was appointed the President of Canem Systems in 2010
  • Al was previously the Executive Vice-President and Vice President of Alberta for the past five years
  • With 35 years experience in Canem, Al has played a key role in positioning Canem as the industry's leading electrical contractor
