He currently serves on the boards of ARC Energy Trust and Western Zagros Resources Ltd.

Stuart Olson Dominion Construction Ltd.
Mr. Pearson joined Stuart Olson in 1985. He was appointed VP Northern Alberta in 2004, Executive Vice President in 2008, and President in February 2009. He became President and COO of Stuart Olson Dominion when Stuart Olson was combined with Dominion Construction in July 2010.
He has over 30 years experience in the construction industry including structural engineering, project management, estimating, operations management and project development.

Mr. Sands joined Churchill as Chief Financial Officer in 2005.
Previously he was Partner & Senior Vice President, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and prior thereto Vice President, PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
He is a seasoned business executive with an extensive background in accounting, financial controls, management information systems and corporate finance.

Mr. Broda has over 32 years industry experience, working in a business that was founded by his father in 1957. His proven successful leadership has resulted in the growth and success of Broda.

Mr. LeMay became President, Churchill Services Group, effective January 1, 2012. He joined Laird Electric as Operations Manager in 2005, was promoted to VP Operations in July 2007 and was appointed President & COO in November 2008.
He has over 20 years of experience in the electrical construction industry, including industrial and commercial construction, project management, project controls, and estimating for electrical and multi-trade projects.

Mr. Miller was appointed the President of Canem Systems in 2010 and was Executive Vice-President and Vice President of Canem’s Alberta operations for the prior five years.
He has over 35 years of experience at Canem and has played a key role in positioning Canem as the industry's leading electrical contractor.

Mr. Apedoe joined Churchill in 2006.
He previously served as Director, Business Development at Wi-LAN Inc.
He has over 15 years of progressively senior experience in the areas of accounting, business valuation, corporate finance, investor relations, business development and corporate secretarial responsibilities.

Ms. Decore joined Churchill in 2008.
She was formerly a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers for eight years, assisting clients in corporate restructurings and performance management, particularly with clients in the construction industry.

Mr. Jenkins joined Churchill in 2010.
He was previously Vice President, Corporate Planning & Human Resources at Western Oil Sands Inc., and prior thereto was VP, Planning & Marketing at BHP.
He has over 30 years of business experience, with a strong background in human resources, strategic planning and business development.

Vice President & General Counsel

Mr. Johnston was appointed Vice President & General Counsel of the Churchill Corporation in September 2011.
Before joining Churchill, he was Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary for The Forzani Group Ltd., which was acquired by Canadian Tire Corporation in August 2011. Prior thereto he practiced law with several firms in the areas of corporate finance and securities law, as well as private and public equity, venture capital, M&A, fund formation and corporate governance.
Mr. Johnston holds Bachelor of Commerce and Law degrees from the University of Manitoba and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
